One thing ive realised is that stress is good for us as well as bad, think about it, when your stressed most things get done, you start prioritising everything. Im stressed right now and ive written a list of what needs done and when it needs done for. Stress is always good for me, even when it means i have to have a little breakdown and a cry at the end then the cycle begins again, you relax then get more and more worked up when your busy then boom! your crying again. If we didnt get stressed out sometimes we would be relaxed all the time and nothing would get done. Im almost at the end of the stress cycle- which is what im calling im calling it now :) -so im preparing to have my breakdown, just letting everyone know cause llm probably write something then and ill be all upset and it'll be daft.
